Our goal at LadyBoss is to get your order to you as fast as possible because we know our products can only change your life once you have them in your hands.

The second you submit your order, our team starts packing it up to ensure it makes it to your doorstep in record time.
Because of that, it is our policy that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed.
However, we understand people change their minds which is why we have our refund policies.
Please see the below sections to get step-by-step instructions for the type of product you wish to request a refund for.

SUPPLEMENTS

If you decide, within 30 days of the date your order was placed or that your existing subscription renewed, that you no longer want the product(s) you ordered, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate A Refund Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
A Return RMA is required to return your LadyBoss products.

2. Return The LadyBoss Product(s) You’d Like Refunded:
Take the product(s) you would like a refund for to your nearest shipping facility (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc). Please note that refunds will only be given for products that are returned.
The RMA number must accompany your return. This can be found on the return slip provided. Please be sure to include the RMA number inside ALL packages you ship back (if you are sending more than one package). Packages received without an RMA number will not be able to be processed for a return.
LADYBOSS is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. LadyBoss is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers.

4. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product(s). We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
In addition, you are responsible for any reshipping costs & fees associated with orders, domestic or international, that are returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.
5. Refund Timeframe
Your refund will be processed once the product(s) you’ve returned have been received by our shipping department.
Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer – 7- Day Free Experience Trial:
If you have a 7-Day Free Experience Trial membership to the LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer, and wish to cancel it, you must do so in the first 5 days and at least 48 hours before your free trial is set to expire (upon expiration of the Free Trial your membership automatically converts to a monthly payment membership).
To cancel your 7-Day Free Experience Trial membership to the LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer, call us at 877-292-8536. Remember, you must cancel within 48 hours of your trial membership end date.
Pocket Personal Trainer – Monthly Membership:
If you have a Monthly Membership to the LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer, and wish to cancel it, you must call us at 877-292-8536.
You must contact us at least 48 hours before your Monthly Membership period renews to ensure your subscription does not automatically continue.
Pocket Personal Trainer – Unlimited Access Membership:
If you have an Unlimited Access membership to the LadyBoss Pocket Personal Trainer, and wish to cancel it, you must do so in the first 30 days to request a refund.
To cancel your Unlimited Access Membership, you must call us at 877-292-8536.
Ultimate Transformation Academy:

COACHING

In order for this Coaching program to be successful: LadyBoss needs to invest in you, including hiring your Coach and providing your Coach the ongoing training she needs so you can succeed; your Coach needs to invest in you, including managing her schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed; and You need to invest in you, including committing to seeing the Coaching program through for one year.
Because we – LadyBoss, your Coach, and You – are All In, except as set forth in the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise below there will be no refunds for any reason, even if you have paid for the entire year up front. If you decide to disengage from the Coaching program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments for the entire 12-month term.
LadyBoss Coaching Satisfaction Guarantee:
The foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the Coaching for the entire twelve (12) months, and at the end, you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the results you want, we will refund the entire amount you paid for Coaching.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must actively participate in 95% of the Accountability Measuring Tools (Progress Reports on time, Power Hour Attendance, Monthly Measurements and Photos, Weekly Action Steps, Weekly Participation in the Personal Results Coaching Facebook Group, Weekly Participation in the Results Sisters Group.)
You WILL NOT be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee if you disengage from the program and fail to follow it as instructed.

In order for The Live Challenge program to be successful: LadyBoss has invested in you, including but not limited to supplying all content & materials, booking our certified Personal Results Coaches to bring Live content daily, creating unique and detailed lessons for each Dimension of the Live Challenge, moderating and maintaining each Live Challenge group for your success, and managing schedules & submissions of each participant; your Coaches have invested in you, including managing their schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed; but most importantly, we need YOU to invest in yourself, including committing to seeing your Live Challenge program through for 28 Days, going ALL IN and participating 100%!
Because we – LadyBoss, your Coaches, and You – are ALL IN, there will be no refunds for any reason, except as set forth in the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise below.
If you decide to disengage from your Live Challenge Group for any reason after the Challenge has begun, you will remain liable for the entire amount. The Live Challenge is non-transferable; but, don’t forget, you can join the Challenge as many times as you want! So keep fighting for yourself and complete all 28 Days to get the results you desire!
LadyBoss LIVE Challenge Satisfaction Guarantee:
The foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in The Live Challenge for the entire twenty-eight (28) days, and at the end you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the “breakthrough” results you want, we will refund the money you paid for The Live Challenge 100%. The Live Challenge is non-transferable for any reason.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:
