We strongly believe in our services and want you to be fully satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason for the LadyBoss Weight Loss 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
 
If you cancel your monthly membership subscription within 7 days of signing up (during the free experience period), you will not incur any fees associated with the membership. This guarantee does not apply to purchases for access to Libraries, products, or any other programs or plans other than the LadyBoss Lifestyle monthly membership.

We want you to feel confident that LadyBoss provides you everything that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, simply send an email to support@ladyboss.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for not using the program. Harsh? Maybe, but it is our personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. Our tools have been developed to enable you to take control of your Lifestyle, mentality and, ultimately, your self-confidence. We have developed a system to educate YOU to create sustainable results - but the first step starts with you. 
 
Policy
LadyBoss will process refunds for your initial membership fee in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take more than one week for us to process once we receive all required information. Restrictions regarding returns of other items are provided below as well.
 
1. To be considered for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of enrollment in the LadyBoss monthly membership. To request a refund, please email support@ladyboss.com. Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. 
2. eBook, instant downloads, unlimited (i.e. Lifetime) access & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable. All sales of these items are final.
3. All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a LadyBoss event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
4. Apparel purchased directly from LadyBoss may be exchanged or returned for LadyBoss store credit only. The apparel item(s) must be in “new” condition including in an unworn and unwashed condition, and all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s). To request a store credit or exchange of apparel, please email support@ladyboss.com within 7 days of receipt of the apparel. Please note that you must provide the original packing slip before we will consider providing you with store credit or an exchange of apparel. The apparel must be received by us at the address we provide in response to your e-mail before any store credit or exchange is provided. It is your sole responsibility to pay for return shipping costs, and we recommend that you purchase tracking information for your own insurance. If the apparel is not received by us, then we will not provide store credit or an exchange. 
6. Dietary Supplement refund requests will only be considered as provided in our return policy on Supplements, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please click here to view that policy.
7. Other Items - All other items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund.

If at any point you decide any of our products aren’t 100% satisfactory to you, remember you are protected by the highest standard 100% money-back guarantee. Just send back the product (even if the bottle/bag is empty) and we'll refund you to and we’ll refund you to the last penny, No questions asked. If inside 30 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:
 
Contact the LadyBoss LABS team by emailing support@ladyboss.com. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and return instructions. This is an easy and effortless process.
 
It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the bottle/bag within 45 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
 
We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bags/bottles purchased are returned.
 
These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning LadyBoss Products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
 
After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit and payment card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping times vary but we always aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days.

For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!

LADYBOSS is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. LadyBoss is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers. 
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for re-shipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

Swag Drop items are extremely limited in quantity and are only printed once. Once an apparel item has sold out, it is gone forever. On rare occasions, some accessory items may be produced again if deemed necessary.

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F, or as suggested inside the garment. 
All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible, it is suggested to wash the garment inside out (with the printed side in).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We realize that you make choices in the buying process, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges may be necessary; and we will do our best meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless requested within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in 'new' condition, including unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached, and original packing slip included. 

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. Inventory for exchanges cannot be guaranteed or held aside while waiting on delivery. Exchanges are handled on a first come first serve basis. 

All sales are final outside the U.S. 

All prices are final, LadyBoss will not issue price adjustments for any orders if the item(s) goes on sale, or is discounted in any way. 

MYSTERY BOX SALES ARE FINAL
No return, exchange or cancellation requests will be approved on mystery box purchases. All previous guarantees, refund, return, and exchange policies are void.

WHOLESALE PRICES
We do not offer wholesale; and are not interested in distributor accounts. LADYBOSS SWAG can only be bought on LadyBossSwag.com and on ladyboss.shop.

LadyBoss Coaching Return Policy

In order for this Coaching program to be successful: LadyBoss needs to invest in you, including hiring your Coach and providing your Coach the ongoing training she needs so you can succeed; your Coach needs to invest in you, including managing her schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed; and You need to invest in you, including committing to seeing the Coaching program through for one year. Because we – LadyBoss, your Coach, and You – are All In, except as set forth in the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise below there will be no refunds for any reason, even if you have paid for the entire year up front. If you decide to disengage from the Coaching program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments for the entire 12-month term.

Satisfaction Guarantee: the foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the Coaching for the entire twelve (12) months, and at the end you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the results you want, we will refund the money you paid for the Coaching 100%. To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must have submitted your Weekly Progress Report to your Coach at least 95% of the time (at least 50 of the 52 weeks of the year). You WILL NOT be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee if you disengage from the program and fail to follow it as instructed.
