Brownie Batter Protein Balls
3 scoops Brownie Batter LEAN
1 cup peanut butter
½ can pumpkin puree
½ cup chopped almonds measured before they’re chopped
½ cup coconut flakes organic, unsweetened
1 tablespoon hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds optional
Drain any excess liquid off the pumpkin puree.
Combine Brownie Batter LEAN, peanut butter, pumpkin, and chopped almonds. (Also add hemp, chia, and flax seeds if desired) in a small bowl using an electric mixer.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make the dough less sticky.
Roll into 1-inch balls, then roll in coconut.
