If at any point you decide that any of our products aren’t 100% satisfactory to you, remember you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee-What it is:
We want you to feel confident that LadyBoss provides you everything that we say we will. If you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, simply send an email to support@ladyboss.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

The satisfaction guarantee is not your scapegoat for not using the program. Harsh? Maybe, but it is our personal belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to utilize the tools available to you. Membership in the LadyBoss Facebook online accountability community is included with all purchases. If, for any reason you are removed from the group for not adhering to the group rules, a refund will not be issued for any products purchased.

7 Day Free Experience Trial:
If you have a 7 Day Free Experience Trial membership, and wish to cancel it, you must do so in the first 5 days and at least 48 hours before your free trial is set to expire. Remember, you must cancel within 48 hours of your trial membership end date.

LadyBoss Lifestyle Trainer:

To return your product:
To return your LadyBoss LABS, please contact LadyBoss customer support at 877-246-0781 or support@ladyboss.com so that we can note your account and provide the return information. Please note that LadyBoss does not cover the return shipping. We do recommend you opt for tracking/confirmation numbers as LadyBoss is not responsible for lost/missing returns. 

LadyBoss must receive the bottle/bag within 30 days from the delivery date for the refund to be valid. Returns outside this time frame may not be refunded.  

We recommend that customers contact customer support prior to sending their product back to ensure the return qualifies for a refund. LadyBoss cannot return unqualified returns that are sent back to LadyBoss. Please reach out to us first at support@ladyboss.com or call us at 877-246-0781

LADYBOSS is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier. LadyBoss is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other carriers. 

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for re-shipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 

WHOLESALE PRICES
We do not offer wholesale and are not interested in distributor accounts. LABS Subscriptions are limited to two (2) active memberships at any given time. If you have any questions, please email support@ladyboss.com.

LadyBoss Live Event Tickets
Refunds will be accepted until 60 days before the event 
All you need to do is complete the Refund Request Form at the link below and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Ticket Transfer option:
To help you make this process as simple as possible, just follow the steps below:
Accepted up to 45 days of the event
Verify the ticket transfer with the other person (This person can be an existing OR future LadyBoss)
Secure arrangements for payment (LadyBoss is not responsible for any exchange of money for ticket transfers)

Keep an eye out for your Transfer Confirmation Email. We will notify both parties once the transfer is complete

Please remember that, for the Live Challenge, LadyBoss has invested in you. This includes, but is not limited to supplying all content & materials, booking our certified Personal Results Coaches to bring live content daily, creating unique and detailed lessons for each dimension of the Live Challenge, moderating and maintaining each Live Challenge group for your success and managing the schedules and submissions of each participant. Your Coaches have invested in you, including managing their schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed and most importantly, we need YOU to invest in yourself, including committing to seeing your Live Challenge program through for 28 Days, going ALL IN and participating 100%!

LadyBoss Swag Return Policy

SWAG apparel & accessories purchased directly from LadyBoss may be exchanged or returned for LadyBoss Store credit only.
All items must be in 'new' condition, including unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached, and original packing slip included.

To request a store credit or exchange of SWAG items, please contact LadyBoss customer support at 877-246-0781 or support@ladyboss.com within 7 days of receipt of your SWAG order.

Please note that LadyBoss does not cover the cost of return shipping. We do recommend you opt for tracking/confirmation numbers as LadyBoss is not responsible for lost/missing returns.

The SWAG item(s) must be received within 30 days of delivery at the address we provide in response to your email before any store credit or exchange is provided. 

We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. Inventory for exchanges cannot be guaranteed or held aside while waiting on delivery. Exchanges are handled on a first come first serve basis. 

MYSTERY BOX SALES ARE FINAL-- No return, exchange or cancellation requests will be approved on mystery box purchases. All previous guarantees, refund, return, and exchange policies are void.

SWAG Drop items are extremely limited in quantity and are only printed once. Once an apparel item has sold out, it is gone forever. On rare occasions, some accessory items may be produced again if deemed necessary.
 
After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit/payment card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping times vary but we always aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days.

For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over these and are not responsible for those fees!

QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F with like colors, or as suggested inside the garment. All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible, it is suggested to wash the garment inside out (with the printed side in). To dry, please dry inside out on tumble-dry, low-heat settings, or as instructed inside the garment. 

All sales are final outside the U.S. 

All prices are final, LadyBoss will not issue price adjustments for any orders if the item(s) go on sale, or is discounted in any way.

LadyBoss Coaching Return Policy

In order for this Coaching program to be successful: LadyBoss needs to invest in you, including hiring your Coach and providing your Coach the ongoing training she needs so you can succeed; your Coach needs to invest in you, including managing her schedule and turning away other opportunities to help you succeed; and You need to invest in you, including committing to seeing the Coaching program through for one year. Because we – LadyBoss, your Coach, and You – are All In, except as set forth in the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise below there will be no refunds for any reason, even if you have paid for the entire year up front. If you decide to disengage from the Coaching program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments for the entire 12-month term.

Satisfaction Guarantee: the foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the Coaching for the entire twelve (12) months, and at the end you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the results you want, we will refund the money you paid for the Coaching 100%. To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must have submitted your Weekly Progress Report to your Coach at least 95% of the time (at least 50 of the 52 weeks of the year). You WILL NOT be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee if you disengage from the program and fail to follow it as instructed.
