Protein fluff looks a little bit like soft-serve ice cream or flavored whipped cream, and has the sweetness that comes along with it.

If you’re on a strict diet, you may find that protein fluff helps calm your cravings for sweets. Additionally, the protein content of protein fluff can help you feel fuller longer. So, what is protein fluff?

What Is Protein Fluff

Protein fluff is a rich, light dessert treat that is made from all the good stuff: fruit and protein powder. It’s a pretty simple recipe, but there are some technical steps involved. You’ll need a food processor or a high-powered blender to make it properly.

Because protein fluff is made with fruits, it does have a higher sugar content. However, it is made with natural sugars and carbs, so you may find that they don’t affect your diet at all.

If you are watching your sugar intake, try to find frozen fruits that are lower in sugar and carbs.
