Lemon Protein Bar Recipe
- 1 ½ scoop LadyBoss LEAN
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- ½ c unrefined coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp raw honey melted
- 2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ¾ c unsweetened shredded coconut
- Line an 8×8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until a batter forms.
- Spread batter evenly over parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars.
