Turkey Protein Wraps

  • 1 egg wrap
  • 3 thin slices cucumber
  • 3 thin slices tomato
  • 1 slice low-fat provolone cut in half
  • 2-4 slices deli turkey with no nitrates
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Place egg wrap on a flat surface.
  • Spread vegan mayo across the entire wrap, leaving about ½-inch uncovered around the edges.
  • Place provolone slices in the middle of the wrap.
  • Add turkey slices, cucumber, tomato, salt, and pepper over the cheese.
  • Roll it up or wrap it like a burrito.
