Protein Fluff Recipe

  • 2 ½ cups frozen fruit I recommend strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk it can be sweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp of your favorite sugar-free sweetener
  • cup of your favorite protein powder
  • ¾ tsp xanthan gum


  • Puree frozen fruit, almond milk, and sweetener until there are no lumps
  • In a mixing bowl, stir protein powder and xanthan gum
  • Add protein mix to the blended fruit and almond milk mixture
  • Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)


NOTE: Don’t skip the xanthan gum. It’s a necessity for protein fluff.
