Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 Scoops LadyBoss LEAN
  • 2 c rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • Options: ΒΌ c raisins cacao chips, nuts, coconut


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork.
  • The add Lean, oats and peanut butter. Mix well.
  • Add raisins (or personal preference of mix-ins).
  • Spoon onto baking sheet. Be sure to shape the batter into cookie shape before baking (this batter will not spread during baking).
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes and then immediately cool on a rack for 5 minutes.
