  • c skim milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ c plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend well in a blender.
