How to Make Healthy Oatmeal Cookies (Raisins or Not You’ll Love These!)
Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 Scoops LadyBoss LEAN
- 2 c rolled oats
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- Options: ¼ c raisins cacao chips, nuts, coconut
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork.
- The add Lean, oats and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Add raisins (or personal preference of mix-ins).
- Spoon onto baking sheet. Be sure to shape the batter into cookie shape before baking (this batter will not spread during baking).
- Bake for 12-14 minutes and then immediately cool on a rack for 5 minutes.
