The holidays are often the most difficult time to stick to your health and wellness goals. As a matter of fact, there are a lot of women whose weight-loss journeys seem to get derailed over the holidays. One of the major culprits of these derailments is the sheer amount of cookies that are made, bought, distributed, and gifted throughout the two-month period.

If you are denying yourself every cookie that is put in front of your face, you may start to get bitter about your weight loss journey.
