  • c skim milk can substitute with any dairy-free milk option
  • ½ banana frozen
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop LadyBoss® LEAN
  • 1 handful of ice cubes


  • Blend well in a blender.
