Promotion Period

The LadyBoss Unboxing Giveaway runs year-round with one (1) winner selected each calendar quarter.

Drawings occur approximately every three (3) months.

How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Record a photo or video unboxing your LadyBoss delivery
  2. Post it publicly on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
  3. Tag @ladyboss in the post

Each eligible tagged post equals one (1) entry.

Sponsor is not responsible for posts that are not visible due to privacy settings.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., age of majority at time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be chosen each quarter in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

Prize

The winner will receive a 12-month supply of LadyBoss products currently available at the time of fulfillment.

  • Products with multiple flavors will be distributed evenly
  • Shipment schedule is determined by Sponsor
  • Prize is non-transferable
  • No cash substitution

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via direct message from @ladyboss.

Winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to complete:

  • Eligibility Affidavit
  • Liability/Publicity Release
  • IRS Form W-9 (if required)

If winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use submitted content, name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
